How Automobiles Work

  1. This is just a concept car and it's too fancy and delicate to be driven everyday as your average driver.

Here are a list of things why these types of concept cars never make it.

    1. too delicate for our bad conditions especially in cities where your more likely to get into an accident and not to mention those door dings at parking lots.
    2. Roads chips and debris

    3. uncomfortable drives on poor road such as in cities and highways.
    4. Daily wear and tear
    5. Not enough room and interior is just too delicate where it will get dirty fast

In a real world you will need something practical like a SUV or a truck where it will be able to handle all conditions.

  2. Sorry but the interior is gross. 1: it only has 4 seats 2: they look like bucket seats and you can only sit in those for so long before they hurt 3: it looks like there is not much of rear view

  3. Concept cars are marketing BS. Will never go into production. Sole reason is to grab media attention and brand marketing. Let me know when Mercedes come up with a real electric car capable of competing with Tesla.

  4. …eh, I think I’d much rather keep it home built and honor Elon’s effort in seriously kick starting this movement that we and the world so desperately needed and buy a model S when I’m ready. Beautiful car though! Then again, I’d expect nothing less than that from Mercedes! I mean it is Mercedes lol. Plus again it’s much less expensive and pretty much all the performance numbers go to Tesla’s so…🤔 kind of a no brainer to be honest.

  5. You know it's a professional when he completely screws up the battery units.

So this thing has the same battery capacity as the tesla model s

  6. Definitely a spaceship on wheels. You may be swapping your units for charging/capacity. kWh are a unit of charge or energy (Tesla model 3 has battery capacity of 75kWh). Charging rate is measured in Watts, a unit of power (Tesla level 2 charging is at a rate of around 60kW).

  7. My prediction is this will be out in 4 years for about $200K and will be stripped of alot of features as usual LOL…

  8. It’s easy to produce a concept car and an entirely different thing to create them for production. When the price tags comes in at $200k for 400 mile range in 2025 (if it comes out) Tesla will have a car for $50k with 450 miles of range. Mercedes will still be recalling EQC’s…

  9. "I flew to Japan to test drive this car"……????? Hope you offset your emissions, especially since that's an incredibly frivolous reason to fly anywhere.

  10. Not tryna hate but the reason why he’s the first youtuber is because he’s an electric car enthusiast who just sold his Tesla for a Honda who is also too nice to say anything bad after being done a huge favor for his channel.

  11. Too bad that car will never be mass produced. They'll make a cool looking concept and then adapt the general design to a real car while removing most of the "futuristic" touches. That interior for example will never happen, expect a more traditional interior with hints of the concept.

  12. 3:00 WHEN I WAS 5 YEARS ILD THERE WAS A PICTURE BOOK ABOUT FUTURE AND MY GRANDPA SEE ME READ HE SAY THIS IS NONSENSE No human being can make this shape and this speed and lights IN THE FUTURE THAT,S IMPOSSIBLE. I TOLD HIM NO GRANDPA WE CAN DO THIS . AND KNOW WE MADE SMARTPHONES ELECTRIC CARS SMART CARS . TALKING DEVICES . FLYING TOY . AND IN THE FUTURE . WE CAN MAKE EVERY THING ! FLYING SKATEBOARD , ROBOTS LIKE HUMANS

  13. Bought model s 100D , within 3 months park assist stopped working, 5 days tesla still cant figure out why, leakage in the car near driver side footrest and few other faulty bits, so basically if you want to buy a lemon for £80k contact tesla !!!

  14. When are youtubers, jounos etc going to understand ?
The battery capacity is KW HOURS, not KW. KW is the instantaneous power at a moment in time.

  15. I'm SO trading in my CLS-550 if the production EQS looks anything like this. Hopefully, Mercedes won't water down the basic shape on the production model. I'm hoping they stay true to this concept like they did when they released the production CLS from the CLS Vision concept many years ago.

  16. Don't the S and X use the same battery pack? I know the modules are the same and I'd imagine they'll eventually all be the same modules across all their cars. That isn't a new or novel idea…

  17. Definitely a car worth keeping a look out for in the coming future. I’m searching for an electric car with a 450 mile range, so this may be it, once the technology catches up.

  18. Automotive Territory has there own YouTube vlog right next to yours.
That car is so blingy and flashy…not in a great way. It's ghetto.
